Our Hall Is For Hire

As We Have An Ongoing Booking, Our Hall Is Not Available For Hire On Sunday's

Following events in late 2013 and on advice from Victoria Police, our hall is no longer available for hire for teenage parties.

The Deer Park Scout Hall is available for private or corporate hire. The building and it's surrounds consist of:

-

off street parking for up to 60 cars

-

128 square metre heated hall

-

internal male and female toilets

-

a kitchen with a microwave oven, 20 litre urn, pie warmer, hot water, 4 burner gas hot plate, 2 fridges and

-

10 x 8 foot plastic tables and 50 stackable plastic chairs providing seat for up to 80 (including benches around the inside of the hall).

COSTS:

$250.00 per day for hall hire alone - no tables and chairs included (long term rates available upon application)

$400.00 per day for the hall and up to all the available tables and chairs.

A refundable bond of $250.00 is required prior to the keys being handed over.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is NO SMOKING allowed in the Scout Hall.

The keys to the hall will only be handed to a responsible adult member of the family who are hiring the Scout hall.

On Friday night hires, the Scout hall is to be cleaned by 12 midday on the Saturday.

On Saturday night hires, the Scout hall is to be cleaned before the hirers leave the Scout hall on the Saturday night. A Church group will be in the hall from 1.00am so there is no option to return at a later time to clean the Scout hall.

All rubbish is to be removed by the hall hirer.

All bond refunds will be made by cheque in the week following the hire to the address on the hire agreement. Refunds will not be given until the hall has been inspected for damage, cleanliness and rubbish removal. No cash refunds will be given.
