Mudbash
On the Queen's Birthday weekend Matthew, Ambre and the intrepid
leader paid a visit to Mudbash held at the Rover property at Mafeking
Park near Caveat in central Victoria. The public liability insurance
problems in Australia really put pay to any chance the Rovers had of
running a 'real' mudbash, but never the less they gave it a good go.
The 4WD Mud Racing Association provided some motorised action, but
the rest was by the Rovers using foot power.
These photos were taken on the Sunday (visitor's day) and show the
effect the lack of cars had on the crowd and the action.
